The Origin: Learning by Building

I started by building websites and managing servers for online gaming communities. I learned early that good tools are not just about code; they help people coordinate, communicate, and keep things running.

The Mission: The Birth of Encodev

A local logistics business asked me to replace an older system used to manage and bill packages. The workflow was slow, manual, and difficult to verify, so I built a new platform and automated the billing process. That project became the foundation for Encodev in 2013. The same idea still guides my work today: understand how the business works, then build reliable technology that makes the work easier.
