The Story

The Origin: Learning by Building

I started by building websites and managing servers for online gaming communities. I learned early that good tools are not just about code; they help people coordinate, communicate, and keep things running.

The Mission: The Birth of Encodev

After graduating, a local logistics business asked me to replace an older system used to manage and bill packages. The workflow was slow, manual, and hard to trust, so I built a new platform from scratch and automated the billing process. That project became the foundation for Encodev in 2013. The same idea still guides my work today, whether the collaboration is local or remote: understand the real workflow, then build practical technology that removes friction.
